Take the plunge into the fast track of the mobile media studio by getting real hands on experience through one of a number of events. Pack your gear, and act as part of a team that gives media support to an event within the UK or Europe.
It could be a noisy sports event or a magical English opera - be involved in live filming, a live edit or if you prefer action photography and the rigors of onsite photo editing.
Students can get involved in all aspects of filming from pre through to post production. Past events have ranged from filming the opening ceremony in Trafalgar Square for the 2010 World Cup, a one day conference for London Underground to shooting a music video for emerging bands such as Waylayers

A short behind the scenes from when Crosspond took ACS Cobham International School media students to broadcast live the ISST Boys Division 1 basketball in March 2012. Over 50 hours of game play was broadcast live to the internet with over 2500 unique viewers over the 3 days.

Brand South Africa commissioned Crosspond to be the official videographers at the opening ceremony of the World Cup 2010 in Trafalgar Square. Using 10 media students from ACS Cobham International School we had four cameras in the square and one on the roof of South Africa House. Footage was edited straight away in South Africa House and posted onto the internet within an hour of the event finishing.

Crosspond took 10 ACS Cobham International School students to Paris for a 3 day MediaTrip. During that time the students where set a series of media tasks that they had to complete within a set time frame. The above music videos where part of that challenge and the students had 6 hours to film, edit, generate 3D content and carry out other tasks such as grading and then deliver a final product based on a song of their choice
